The YZJ-1300 scales the batch fryer to a φ1300×490 mm basket and 550 L oil capacity, with 60–280 kW heating and the same 0–240°C control range. For plants moving up from YZJ-1000, recipes transfer directly and output per batch grows by roughly half.
